Balancing a full-time career as a business and success coach while being a mom to four kiddos sounds like a tall order, doesn’t it? Well, this week’s guest makes it all seem so easy! The incredible Jessica Hansen sits down with me today to discuss where she came from, what she does, and what she hopes to do more of, along with a little bit about her personal life and how that fits into her career.
Jessica is a (you guessed it) business and success coach out of Scappoose—and yes, I mispronounce that about as badly as you expect. With a history in direct sales, Jessica brings that experience to her coaching and knows just what it takes to steer her clients to success. Interested? You should be! Jessica is an awesome and knowledgeable lady.
IN THIS EPISODE YOU WILL LEARN:
- Jessica’s family. Though one of her children is grown, the rest are still at home. Though it makes it tough to do summer business, Jessica is already looking ahead to the free time she will have in the fall and how she plans to ramp up business once they’re back in school.
- Where she comes from. Jessica has experience in direct sales and did a lot of coaching in her career coach, which made it a great springboard for her coaching business. Her most successful direct marketing? The Paparazzi $5 jewelry, of course!
- Her Vision Board Workshop! She calls it “Catch Your Vision” and recently held one in the Portland area! Her plan is to hold it quarterly, though the topics for these workshops are still TBD. The premise: For fourteen bucks, she feeds you breakfast and provides you all the materials you need to create the vision board you need to remind you of your goals.
- Her programs, from the lowest level (one-off courses you can email her questions about) to her six-week, 1×1, intensive coaching, Jessica has something that can work for you.
LINKS MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE:
Most importantly, Jessica emphasizes this to those who are looking for a business coach: shop around! Most coaches will offer a free call so that you can talk and make sure you click before you make the investment. Trust me: your coach needs to want to work with you as much as you want to work with them.
